By creating a White Owl account or using the White Owl app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
White Owl is an AI performance operating system that connects to your wearable and health data to provide training guidance, readiness scoring, and coaching recommendations. It is a training tool — not a medical device, and not a substitute for professional medical advice.
White Owl's recommendations are based on training and recovery data, not a medical diagnosis. Always consult a physician before beginning a new training program, especially if you have an existing health condition. Stop training and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, chest tightness, or any symptom that concerns you — regardless of what your readiness score says.
You must be at least 16 years old to create a White Owl account. If you are under 18, you confirm you have a parent or guardian's permission to use the service.
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Founding members who join during early access lock in their subscription price for as long as they remain subscribed, as stated at signup.
Don't use White Owl to violate any law, attempt to access another athlete's data, reverse-engineer the app, or resell access to the service without our written permission.
You own your training data. White Owl's use of it is governed by our Privacy Policy — in short, we never sell it, and you can export or delete it at any time.
The White Owl app, brand, and underlying technology are the property of White Owl. Your training data and content remain yours.
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the service.
White Owl is provided "as is." We work hard to make every recommendation right, but training involves inherent risk, and White Owl is not liable for injuries, missed goals, or outcomes related to your training decisions. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot be limited by law.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated directly, not buried in a silent update.
